Reminiscent of the Renaissance, Anna Zilboorg's batwing styling for a flattering, easy-fit cardigan sweater exudes both elegance and playfulness. The stitch patterns used feature an unusual but friendly-to-knit rib, a lovely texture stitch front and back, very nicely draping stitch in the sleeve, pulled together with simple garter. This pattern also features Anna's Perfect Buttonholes.
Colorway as shown: Rich burgundy body with mulled purple sleeve, accented with vertical dark "old gold" garger bands and cuffs. Custom dyeing to your preferred colors for this sweater available at no extra charge.
Gauge is 5.5stitches to the inch over garter on size 5 needle.
The kit contains about 2lbs of "Anna's Yarn" (kid mohair/merino blend - lustrous, soft, strong - a dream to knit with), enough to knit a sweater up to approx 55"bust (47" around ribcage, BELOW the bust).

Merike's Berry Cooler
This makes for a great water bottle (or drink can) insulator. Merike froze a bottle of water overnight, put this bottle sock on the bottle at 6am the next morning before heading out for her trip to teach at Camp Stitches. There was still ice in her bottle at 7pm that evening!
Kit includes your choice of either Blackberry or Raspberry (or some of each) and leaf handpainted yarn, instructions.
